Rye-Ham Sandwich With Italian Cheese Cream

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 slices of wholemeal rye bread
- 4 slices of high meat ham
- 6 slices of cucumber
- 1 handful of arugula
- For cheese cream (4 servings):
- 100 g of ricotta
- 100 g of natural, butter-based low-fat cheese cream
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 6 fresh basil leaves
PREPARATION:
1.) Mix the cheese cream ingredient in a bowl.
2.) Spread on the bread and then put a handful of arugula on it.
3.) Put the ham, a few slices of cucumber, and then the other half of the bread, which you spread with the cheese cream before.
