Chicken Asparagus Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • White asparagus
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 box of canned corn
  • 5 dl natural yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt, spices

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Fry the diced or striped chicken breast fillet on small onions and fat and season with salt and pepper
2.) In a deeper bowl, mix the drained asparagus, lettuce, and corn, then stir in the roasted chicken breast.
3.) Mix the crushed garlic with the yogurt and a little salt.
4.) Mix everything together.​
