Rye-Ham Sandwich With Italian Cheese Cream

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices of wholemeal rye bread
  • 4 slices of high meat ham
  • 6 slices of cucumber
  • 1 handful of arugula​
  • For cheese cream (4 servings):
    • 100 g of ricotta
    • 100 g of natural, butter-based low-fat cheese cream
    • Salt
    • Ground black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil
    • 6 fresh basil leaves

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Mix the cheese cream ingredient in a bowl.

2.) Spread on the bread and then put a handful of arugula on it. 

3.) Put the ham, a few slices of cucumber, and then the other half of the bread, which you spread with the cheese cream before.
