Raspberry-Oatmeal Drinking Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 110 g of deep-frozen raspberries
  • 60 g fine-grained oatmeal
  • 7 g quarters of sweetener
  • 250 ml unsweetened whipped cream
  • 500 ml of water

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Put the dry ingredients in a container (with a higher wall) suitable for blending.

2.) Add a packet of whipped cream, half a litre of water, and knead it with a stick mixer.
