Vegan Mashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 kg of potatoes
  • 40 g margarine
  • Almond milk as needed (as much as you can take or can be customized)

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Peel, wash thoroughly, and dice the potatoes.

2.) Cook in lightly salted water until becomes soft until we can cut it with a wooden spoon.

3.) Add the margarine to the still warm, filtered potatoes. Using a stick mixer start pureeing it and gradually add the milk.
