Protein Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 dl of water
  • 1 serving (25 g) whey protein
  • 225 g low-fat cottage cheese
  • 150 g of fruit (here is a forest fruit mix)
  • 1 dl natural yogurt

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Put the ingredients into a blender.

2.) Blend thoroughly.

3.) Putt the cream into ice cream forms and put them into the frozen.

4.) When it has frozen put on the top sugar-free, melted chocolate.
