Cottage cheese-fruit
Time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 250 g of lean cottage cheese
- 150 g of natural yogurt
- 5 g erythritol
- 5 g of vanilla extract
- 450 g mixed red berry mixture (can be frozen, but then thawed and drained first)
PREPARATION:
1.) Mix all ingredients well.
2.) Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving and eating.
