Cottage cheese-fruit

Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 g of lean cottage cheese
  • 150 g of natural yogurt
  • 5 g erythritol
  • 5 g of vanilla extract
  • 450 g mixed red berry mixture (can be frozen, but then thawed and drained first)

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Mix all ingredients well.

2.) Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving and eating.
