Egg-Muffin

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 whole eggs
  • 3 egg whites
  • Low-fat cheese
  • Cabbage peppers
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • Seasoning
  • Bacon

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Smear the muffin form with extra virgin olive oil and put the vegetables, ham, and cheese into it.

2.) In a bowl, separate the eggs, mix, and season.

3.) Add the eggs.

4.) Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
