Egg-Muffin
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 whole eggs
- 3 egg whites
- Low-fat cheese
- Cabbage peppers
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- Seasoning
- Bacon
PREPARATION:
1.) Smear the muffin form with extra virgin olive oil and put the vegetables, ham, and cheese into it.
2.) In a bowl, separate the eggs, mix, and season.
3.) Add the eggs.
4.) Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
