Garlic-Pesto Chicken Breast with Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g chicken breast fillet
  • 30g parmesan
  • 4dl coconut cream
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons green pesto
  • Wholemeal pasta

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Fry the striped chicken and garlic on coconut fat. Salt and pepper.

2.) When it became soft, add the coconut cream, cook a little bit, then add 30g of parmesan.

3.) Wait until it thickens and add 3 teaspoons of pesto.

4.) Add the halved cherry tomatoes.

5.) Mix with the cooked pasta.

6.) Serve with parmesan and basil.
