Chicken Tortilla
INGREDIENTS:
- Wholemeal tortilla
- Chicken breast or chicken legs
- Gyros quick stain
- Ready salad mix
- Yogurt or lean sour cream
- Olive oil for frying
- Himalayan salt
PREPARATION:
1.) Prepare the marinade according to the description of the gyros quick marinade, mix it well with the diced meat, then let it stand for 20-30 minutes.
2.) Fry the meat in hot oil and pour into a bowl.
3.) In the same pan (tasty, oily) heat both sides of the tortilla sheet.
4.) Place on a plate, smeared with yogurt or with lean sour cream, salt, add the desired amount of meat, put the salad on it, and roll it up.
