Chicken Breast With Oregano and Garlic With Jasmine Rice and Parsley

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ Pack of fried chicken seasoning
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 2 pinches crumbled oregano
  • 3 pieces of garlic
  • 2 dl of water​
  • Side-dish:
    • 3 servings steamed jasmine rice
    • Salad with tomatoes and cucumbers

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Clean the chicken breast fillet and cut it into small cubes.

2.) Put in a bowl, season, and sprinkle with olive oil. Mix thoroughly and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

3.) In a non-stick pan, fry the seasoned meat with stirring, then pour in 1 dl of water and cover. Repeat this once more.

4.) Once the meat is tender, sprinkle with chopped garlic and simmer for a few more minutes.

5.) Serve it with jasmine rice and lots of vegetables mixed with fresh parsley.
