Vegan Meat With Potato

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20 dkg soybean cubes (measured dry)
  • 1 large onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic - crushed
  • 1 mocha spoon of marjoram
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1-1 pinch peppermint and thyme
  • Spices
  • Diced potatoes

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

2.) Boil the soybean cubes in salted water for 20-25 minutes, then squeeze well.

3.) Fry the potatoes in an oiled pan for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt halfway.

4.) Chop the onion and fry it in a deep pan on low heat for 4-5 minutes.

5.) Add the soybean cubes and bake on low heat.

6.) If the water has evaporated and the soy cubes start to fry, after 4-5 minutes add spices and garlic, if needed add a little oil and fry on medium heat until the soy cubes are nicely browned.

7.) When done, stir in the French-fries.
