Vegan Banana Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 mug of oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • 1.5 mugs of vegetable milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons of spelled flour
  • 3-4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3-4 tablespoons peeled hemp seeds (optional)
  • ½ Pack of phosphate-free baking powder​

PREPARATION:

1.) Mix all the ingredients.
2.) Place the mass into a non-stick pan and fry on both sides for a few minutes in low heat. It works without adding oil.  If you don’t have a non-stick pan, place half a tablespoon of oil under the pancakes. It is usually not necessary to the oil before each pancake, just once or twice in total during baking.
