Cauiliflower Rice

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons fat
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Fry the chopped onion on the fat.

2.) Chop the cauliflower in a knife chopping machine.

2.) Add the cauliflower to the onion. Cover and cook it until becomes soft.

3.) Add salt and pepper.
