Cauiliflower Rice
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons fat
- 1 onion
- Salt
- Pepper
PREPARATION:
1.) Fry the chopped onion on the fat.
2.) Chop the cauliflower in a knife chopping machine.
2.) Add the cauliflower to the onion. Cover and cook it until becomes soft.
3.) Add salt and pepper.
