Kiwi-Green Apple Smoothie With Fennel

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 larger green diced apple
  • 4 kiwis peeled and diced
  • 1.5 dl rice milk (or cow's milk)
  • 1 thin slice of fennel 

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Put the ingredients in a blender and blend into get a creamy texture. 
2.) Consume it chilled.​
