Celery Cream Soup

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 celery
  • Lentils
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fat
  • Tarragon
  • Dried vegetable mixture
  • Coconut milk
  • Hard cheese

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Heat the fat.

2.) Add the cleaned, diced celery.

3.) Add salt and pepper.

4.) Cover and cook it until became medium-soft. Sometimes stir it.

5.) Add the seasonings.

6.) Add water or broth to it.

7.) Cover and cook it until the celery becomes completely soft.

8.) Mix with a stick mixer.

9.) Season with coconut milk and serve with cheese slices.
