Paleo Biscuit

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150 g of almond flour
  • 50 g shredded coconut
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g of coconut oil​​

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Mix the almond flour and coconut shavings. 
2.) Add the eggs and coconut oil and mix until to be homogeneous.
3.) Create balls by hand, press flat with a glass, and bake them in a preheated oven at 175 degrees
until the edge starts to blush, approx. 10-15 minutes. Depending on the oven, you may turn the pieces to their other side and bake them a little to fry well. 
4.) Let it rest on the baking sheet for a few minutes before taking it off and let it cool down completely.​
