Salmon Meal
INGREDIENTS:
- 250g salmon fillet
- Fish spice mix
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch of chives or spring onions or other green herbs
- Half onion
- Salt, pepper, basil
PREPARATION:
1.) Place the chopped salmon in a bowl with the onion and garlic. Season with salt and spice mixture.
2.) Mix well together, form cakes from the dough.
3.) Bake on a baking tray lined with baking paper at 200 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes.
