Spicy Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 0.5 kg minced turkey meat
  • 1 heaped teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 apple
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon romaine cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paleo fruit walnuts
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 strands of spring onions
  • 4-5 tablespoons of coconut fat

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Chop the spring onion, apple, and walnuts in a knife chopper machine.

2.) Mix the minced meat with the chopped ingredients, spices, jam, and eggs.

3.) Place egg-sized dumplings from the dough on medium-hot coconut fat and flat them a little bit to form a meatball shape.

4.) Bake on both sides until becoming light brown.
