Spicy Meatballs
INGREDIENTS:
- 0.5 kg minced turkey meat
- 1 heaped teaspoon turmeric
- 1 apple
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon romaine cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paleo fruit walnuts
- 1 egg
- 2-3 strands of spring onions
- 4-5 tablespoons of coconut fat
PREPARATION:
1.) Chop the spring onion, apple, and walnuts in a knife chopper machine.
2.) Mix the minced meat with the chopped ingredients, spices, jam, and eggs.
3.) Place egg-sized dumplings from the dough on medium-hot coconut fat and flat them a little bit to form a meatball shape.
4.) Bake on both sides until becoming light brown.
