Apple-Oat Breakfast

INGREDIENTS:

  • 30 g of oatmeal
  • 30 g Light Digest Whey (Creme Brule)
  • 1 apple
  • Cinnamon

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Peel the apple and grate it.

2.) Squeeze out the apple juice, but if you want to be more fluid you can skip this step.

3.) Mix the apple with oats and protein, then add the cinnamon as well.

4.) Put in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
