Vegan Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 245 g of flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon soda
  • 1/3 mug vegetable milk
  • 1/4 mug cooking oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla aroma
  • 3 larger, ripe bananas
  • Taste with dark chocolate or hazelnuts​

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Weigh the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix it. 
2.) Chop the bananas in another bowl with a fork or stick mixer. 
3.) Finally, mix the contents of the two bowls thoroughly. We add the delicacies too!
4.) Put the homogeneous mixture into a pan shape tray. You can also put small pieces of chocolate on top. 
5.) Bake it at 180 C for approx. 50 minutes.
6.) It can be cut nicely after cooling.​
