Vegan Sweet Fur Bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4-5 slices of bread
  • ½ cup of chopped oilseeds (I have almonds and hazelnuts mixed)
  • ¼ cup of orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sweetener to taste (sugar, maple, or agave syrup)
  • 1 banana​

PREPARATION:

1.) Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2.) Mix all the ingredients (except, of course, the bread slices; they will be super creamy in a smoothie) and then pour the dough into a bowl.
3.) Add the bread slices and place them in an oiled, heat-resistant bowl or baking tray lined with baking paper.
4.) After baking for 3-4 minutes, blow off the tops with oil and then fry until the tops of the bread solidify and start to brown.
5.) Turn over and let the other side fry for a while.​
