Ham and cheese wrap

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 corn tortilla (approx. 42 g)
  • 27 g of ham
  • 30 g of mozzarella cheese
  • 100 g of tomatoes
  • 35 g cucumber

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Put the ham and cheese on the tortilla and roll-up.

2.) Fry all sides in a preheated Teflon pan without using any grease.

3.) Eat with tomatoes and cucumbers.
