Chocolate pudding with fruit

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pack of gluten-free chocolate pudding powder with stevia (75g)
  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 180 g berries to taste, mixed

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Stir the custard powder into lump-free 100 ml almond milk.

2.) Start heating the remaining milk to a medium temperature. When it is already warm but not yet boiling, add the chocolate mixture.

3.) Stir constantly with a hand whisk until becoming a thick pudding.

4.) Fill warmly into two cups, distributing the pudding evenly. Rinse the cup with cold water beforehand.

5.) Put in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.

6.) Serve with berries.
