Sweet Potato and Turkey
INGREDIENTS:
- Coconut fat
- 500 g minced turkey (or chicken breast is also good)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 head onion
- 1 large yellow bell pepper
- 3 medium sweet potatoes
- Salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder
- Water
- 100g light mozzarella
PREPARATION:
1.) Chop the onions, peppers, garlic, and dice the sweet potatoes.
2.) Fry the meat in coconut fat. Add the garlic and fry further, then season with cumin, chili, and salt, and pepper.
3.) After a little cooking, add the onions and bell peppers.
4.) Pour a little water and add the sweet potato. Don't cook too soft.5.) At the end melt light mozzarella cheese on it.
