After Training Turmix

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4dl of milk
  • 2dl cream
  • 6 eggs
  • 20g egg protein
  • 6 teaspoons soy lecithin 

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Wash the eggs well before break them.
2.) Put the ingredients together in the right amount in a blender machine.
3.) Mix it well thoroughly.​
