- 2dl cream
- 6 eggs
- 20g egg protein
- 6 teaspoons soy lecithin
PREPARATION:
1.) Wash the eggs well before break them.
2.) Put the ingredients together in the right amount in a blender machine.
3.) Mix it well thoroughly.
