Diet Rice Shell

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of jasmine rice
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 lemon grated peel
  • 1 sachet Birch sugar vanilla flavoured xylitol
  • 4 tablespoons birch sugar
  • 4 egg whites + a pinch of salt

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Coo the rice in salty water and let it cool.

2.) Beat the egg white with a little salt.

3.) Mix the rice with the beaten egg white carefully and add lemon zest and a little sugar.

4.) Spoon the prepared mass into a greased (with coconut fat) cake form.

5.)  Sprinkle raspberries or other berries on it.

6.) Bake in a preheated oven at 180 * C for 35 minutes.

7.) Put sugar-free strawberry jam on it.
