Grilled Chicken With Potatos

INGREDIENTS:

  • 70 dkg of chicken
  • 70 dkg potatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 5 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 dl white wine

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Chop the meat and wash it, then sprinkle it with salt and pepper.

2.) Put the meats in a baking bag, sprinkled garlic on it, and add white wine to it.

3.)Tied the mouth of the bag and stabbed the bag with a needle in a few places.

4.) Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees in a baking pan for 80 minutes.

5.) Serve with parsley, baked potatoes, and cucumber salad.
