Stuffed Zucchini

Time: 60 minutes

Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon fat
  • 1 head onion
  • 40 dkg of minced meat
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 small bunch of fresh dill
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon edible starch
  • 15 dkg grated cheese

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Chop the onion and fry on fat, add the minced meat and simmer together for another 6-8 minutes.

2.) Add the spices, the chopped peppers, the chopped tomatoes, and the dill, and if necessary, add a little water and cook it on low heat for about 20 minutes.

3.) If it is very fluid, mix a little starch with water and add it.

4.) Once it’s done, put it aside.

5.) Peel the zucchini, cut it in half lengthwise and remove the seed with a spoon.

6.) Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.

7.) Grease a baking tray, place the zucchini on top, distribute the filling, put grated cheese on top, and fry for about 25 minutes.
