Bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150 g brown rice flour
  • 100 g of millet flour
  • 30 g chickpea flour
  • 25 g of plantain seed coat
  • 4 g of xanthan
  • 7 g of ground grass seed meal
  • 4 g gluten-free brewer's yeast flakes
  • 5 g of salt
  • 1 pack of gluten-free baking powder
  • 4 dl of water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Cooking oil for lubrication (optional)

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

2.) Put and mix the dry ingredients in a larger bowl.

3.) Add the water and vinegar and work it out thoroughly.

4.) Form a loaf of bread on a baking tray, grease it with oil very thinly, and cut the top.

5.) Bake at 180-190 ° C for approx. 50-60 minutes.
