INGREDIENTS:
- 150 g brown rice flour
- 100 g of millet flour
- 30 g chickpea flour
- 25 g of plantain seed coat
- 4 g of xanthan
- 7 g of ground grass seed meal
- 4 g gluten-free brewer's yeast flakes
- 5 g of salt
- 1 pack of gluten-free baking powder
- 4 dl of water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Cooking oil for lubrication (optional)
PREPARATION:
1.) Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2.) Put and mix the dry ingredients in a larger bowl.
3.) Add the water and vinegar and work it out thoroughly.
4.) Form a loaf of bread on a baking tray, grease it with oil very thinly, and cut the top.
5.) Bake at 180-190 ° C for approx. 50-60 minutes.
