Walnut Gluten-Free Oatmeal Biscuits

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20 dkg of coarsely ground walnuts
  • 10 dkg gluten-free oatmeal
  • 2.5 tablespoons sweetener (1:4)
  • 2 medium-sized (M) eggs
  • 15 dkg Alfa-Mix gluten-free flour mixture
  • 15 dkg margarine
  • 10 dkg brown rice flour
  • 3 tablespoons rice cream ("rice cooking cream")​

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Knead the ingredients well.
2.) Place it on a baking tray with baking paper, add it with an ice cream spoon, then press it with wet hands.
3.) Bake it in an oven at 180 ° C approx. for 15-20 minutes. ​
