Walnut Gluten-Free Oatmeal Biscuits
INGREDIENTS:
- 20 dkg of coarsely ground walnuts
- 10 dkg gluten-free oatmeal
- 2.5 tablespoons sweetener (1:4)
- 2 medium-sized (M) eggs
- 15 dkg Alfa-Mix gluten-free flour mixture
- 15 dkg margarine
- 10 dkg brown rice flour
- 3 tablespoons rice cream ("rice cooking cream")
PREPARATION:
1.) Knead the ingredients well.
2.) Place it on a baking tray with baking paper, add it with an ice cream spoon, then press it with wet hands.
