Vegan Red Lentil Meatballs
Servings: 8
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g red lentils
- 2 onions
- 12-14 pieces of fresh basil leaves
- 3 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Little cooking oil for frying
PREPARATION:
1.) Soak the lens in water for 1-2 hours and then filter it.
2.) Put it in a knife chopper machine and add the peeled onion, garlic, and spices. We make a completely creamy pulp from it.
3.) Heat the oil in a pan and add about a tablespoon of the pulp. Press the top to form a meatloaf. Bake both sides to become crispy.
4.) Can be served with French-fries and mango chutney.
