Vegan Hamburger

INGREDIENTS:

  • Ingredients for patties:
    • 1 small onion - chopped into small pieces
    • 1 cup cooked brown rice
    • 1 cup breadcrumbs
    • 2 cups cooked or canned black beans
    • Quarter teaspoon chilli
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon cumin
    • 2 tablespoons oil​
  • Other ingredients:
    • 4 hamburger buns
    • Ketchup / mayonnaise / mustard
    • Favourite vegetables

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2.) Place the cake ingredients in a robotic machine/knife chopper machine and mix until become smooth.

3.) Divide into four equal parts, flatten and place them on a baking tray with baking paper or on a greased baking tray.

4.) Bake for 10-12 minutes, after 4-5 minutes grease the top with a little oil. Turn it over and bake the other sides for approx. 10 minutes.

5.) Serve in lightly toasted burger buns with vegetables and sauces.
