Paleo Pancake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs
  • 350 ml of water or vegetable milk
  • 2 tablespoons liquid coconut fat
  • 40 g erythritol
  • 175 g carbohydrate reduced flour mixture (tapioca starch, almond flour, bamboo fiber flour) for pancakes

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Mix the eggs with water, melted coconut fat, and erythritol.

2.) Add the flour and mix it until it becomes smooth.

3.) Rest for 10 minutes.

4.) Fry them in a greased Teflon or ceramic pan.
