- 150 g of almond flour
- 50 g shredded coconut
- 2 eggs
- 20 g of coconut oil
1.) Mix the almond flour and coconut shavings.
2.) Add the eggs and coconut oil and mix until to be homogeneous.
3.) Create balls by hand, press flat with a glass, and bake them in a preheated oven at 175 degrees
until the edge starts to blush, approx. 10-15 minutes. Depending on the oven, you may turn the pieces to their other side and bake them a little to fry well.
4.) Let it rest on the baking sheet for a few minutes before taking it off and let it cool down completely.
