Chicken Breast In Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet
  • 450 g of frozen broccoli
  • Cheese
  • Approx. 2-3 dl of cooking cream
  • Salt

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Melt the broccoli, then crush it with the cream and some salt with a stick mixer. Add garlic if you want.

2.) Slice the chicken breast fillet to obtain flat slices. Salt and place in a baking tray greased with coconut oil.

3.) Pour the dough over the chicken, then grate cheese on top.

4.) Bake in a preheated oven for 30-60 minutes, depending on the amount of chicken. If you bake more chicken, cover it with aluminium foil for the first half-hour so that the cheese does not burn on top.
