Tomato Muffin
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g minced meat
- 50 g wholemeal crumbs
- 2 eggs
- Milk (half dl and optional)
- 30 g parmesan cheese
- Garlic powder
- Light mozzarella (about 100g)
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley green
- 650 g tomato puree (natural)
PREPARATION:
1.) Dice the light mozzarella cheese, then put it in the fridge.
2.) Mix the ingredients of the meatballs (chop the parsley) in a bowl.
3.) Create small balls out of them and place 1-1 slice of chopped mozzarella cheese in the middle.
4.) Place the dumplings on the bottom of a hermetically sealed container. Pour them over the tomato sauce, cover the bowl and cook it all. for approx. half an hour.
