Salmon with cheese cream
INGREDIENTS:
- 100 g of smoked salmon
- 60 g light cheese cream
- Cucumber
- 1 lemon
PREPARATION:
1.) Place the salmon slices next to each other and smear them lightly with the cheese cream,
but do not spread on the last slice.
2.) Sprinkle them with lemon juice.
3.) Cut the cucumber into circle shapes, then put some of it on the first slice of salmon.
4.) Come to the next layer: put the slices on top of each other and on each of them can go a couple of slices of cucumber.
5.) Finally, the last slice of salmon left to put it on top.
