Protein Waffle
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 egg
- 40 grams of vanilla whey-protein
- 0.5 dl low-fat milk or some vegetable milk
- 50g oatmeal or other non - white flour
- Half bag of baking powder
- Coconut fat​
- For the sauce:
- 2 dl natural yogurt
- 30g Vanilla Protein Powder
PREPARATION:
1.) Mix all the ingredients except the coconut fat. A thick dough should be got that can spread out in the waffle maker. The texture can be controlled and changed with the amount of milk, based on the need.
2.) Grease the waffle maker with coconut fat and bake the dough.
3.) Prepare the sauce using natural yogurt and protein powder.
