Cottage Cheese Dumplings
INGREDIENTS:
- For dumplings:
- 50 dkg low fat cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 6 tablespoon small-grained oatmeal
- 2 tablespoon xylitol
- 1 pinch of Himalayan salt
- For crumbs:
- Coconut fat
- Whole wheat crumbs
- Xylitol
PREPARATION:
1.) Put water in a pan to boil with a large pinch of salt.
2.) Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix the ingredients of the dumplings thoroughly and let stand for about 20 minutes.
3.) During this time, prepare the crumbs: fry it on 2 tablespoons of coconut fat until becoming golden brown.
4.) Remove from heat and sweeten with a little sugar.
5.) When the water has boiled, form dumplings from the cottage cheese mass with our wet hands and place it in the hot water.
6.) Once the dumplings have come on the surface of the water, let it cook for another 2-3 minutes, then take it out of the crumbs and roll in it.
7.) Sprinkle with a little sugar and yogurt.
