Meat Stuffed With Cheese

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g minced meat
  • 100g cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pair of cloves of garlic
  • Spices (oregano, thyme, rosemary, or whatever is at home)​
  • For the sauce:
    • 8 cloves garlic
    • 1 teaspoon red pepper
    • 1 teaspoon goulash cream
    • 2 tablespoon condensed tomatoes
    • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
    • 2 tablespoon olive oil
    • 2 tablespoon of water

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Mix the minced meat with the spices.

2.) Strip the cheese into pieces that can be easily inserted into the eagle bar, but not too thick. Columns of about 2x2 inches will be good.

3.) Press the minced meat around the pierced cheese sticks so that it completely covers the cheeses.

4.) Break the 8 cloves of garlic through a garlic press and mix the sauce ingredients.

5.) Preheat the oven to 180 C.

5.) Place in a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for approx. half an hour.
