Fried Chicken Breast With Cucumber Salad With Dill-Yogurt

INGREDIENTS:
- 300 g chicken breast fillet
- Fried chicken spices
- 2 teaspoon olive oil​
- For the salad:
- 1 larger piece of cucumber
- 1-2 strands of spring onions
- 2 glasses of natural yogurt
- 1 handful of finely chopped dill
- Salt
- Ground white pepper
PREPARATION:
1.) Clean and dice the chicken breast and then season it with the species. Fry in a little oil, fry until red in a ceramic pan, occasionally pouring a little water under it to make the meat juicy.
2.) Wash the cucumber and cut into thin half-rings. Salt lightly, add pepper, and mix thoroughly. Let stand for 5 minutes.
3.) Meanwhile, chop the dill and cut the spring onions into rings.
4.) Finally, mix all the ingredients into the yogurt.
5.) Serve it right away.
