Greek Salad

Time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1-2 small or medium purple onions
  • Olives
  • Feta cheese
  • For dressing:
    • 4 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon oregano

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Mix the dressing and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

2.) Cut the ingredients into cubes and add the dressing, mix carefully, taking care not to crush the feta cheese.

3.) Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
