Mini Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
- For the dough:
- 250 g flour mixture for brown bread
- Half pack (6 g) gluten-free baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 200 ml of lukewarm water
- Big pinch of salt​
- For the topping:
- 50 g of vegetable “cheese”, grated
- Canned 150 g sugar-free tomatoes
- 100 g cold cuts (ham or salami)
- 70 g sugar-free canned sweet corn
PREPARATION:
1.) Put the flour, salt, baking powder, basil, oil, and water into a larger bowl, then knead by hand. Knead until it forms a homogeneous mass.
2.) Stretches put on a floured stretching board until it will become half an inch (0.5 cm).
3.) Cut circles out of the dough with a larger circular form. Place the discs in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
4.) Put them into the preheated 180 ° C oven for a pre-bake.
5.) After 10 minutes, remove the pizza plates from the oven and place the toppings on them.
6.) First the tomato sauce, then the ham, corn, and the vegetable cheese.
7.) Put back into the oven for 15 minutes.
8.) When the time is up, take it out and serve it warm.
