Spicy Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon chanterelle
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 4 chicken legs
- Salt
- Fat
PREPARATION:
1.) Season the chicken legs.
2.) Add salt and let rest for at least half an hour.
3.) Heat the wok.
4.) Grease the wok.
5.) When the fat is already smoking put the chicken legs into the wok.
6.) Bake on both sides thoroughly. 8-9 minutes is enough for one side.
