Mushroom Balls
INGREDIENTS:
- 3-4 mushrooms
- 2 carrots
- A quarter of a small celery tuber
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon cauliflower
- 3-4 tablespoons sweet potato flour
- 1 egg
- Coconut fat
PREPARATION:
1.) Chop the vegetables and mushrooms in a knife chopper machine.
2.) Put the vegetables in a bowl and season them.
3.) Add the eggs and mix them.
4.) Add the sweet potato flour and mix it.
5.) We form small discs from it and fry them in hot coconut fat until their sides become brown.
